the art of uniting human and home

Lily Fischer

Graphic Designer • Marketing Director

Lily was born in Washington, DC and raised in Takoma Park, Maryland, where her father introduced her to the discipline of refined design through mid-century modern interiors—decorating, collecting, and shaping her early visual language. At 17, she moved to New York City to study graphic design and fine art, immersing herself in the city’s restless creative rhythm and carrying with her a lasting desire to return one day. Thirteen years ago, she arrived in Baltimore, a place she never expected to claim her for so long, yet one that has captured her deep affection.

She now lives in Patterson Park with her fiancé, two pugs, Ace and Luna, and an adopted alley cat named Fiona. In parallel with her devotion to mid-century modern design, Lily’s love for jewelry—first sparked by her mother—has become a growing practice. After years of sketching, she has recently started translating ideas into form through metalsmithing, studying at the Baltimore Jewelry Center and exploring jewelry making as a tactile, intuitive process that feeds her spirit and opens a new chapter in her creative life.

Lily was drawn to Krauss for its distinctive brand aesthetic and unconventional approach to real estate, where design, storytelling, and place are treated with equal importance. She joined the Krauss team nearly seven years ago and has since embraced a culture in which creativity is both valued and expected. Within the Krauss house, reinvention is constant—an environment that continues to inspire Lily and deepen her belief in thoughtful, design-driven real estate.
