Annapolis is my home, and I want to be YOUR home so much so that I have had UPDATES GALORE from the bottom to the top in the last several years so you could be comfortable, safe, and proud to show me off. The best part is that some of these upgrades also resulted in greater energy efficiency for you. Stop by to see my easy-care vinyl fence, new gutters with leaf guards, clean chimney, finished basement, new HVAC, Washer & Dryer, all new outlets and switches, recessed lighting and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, Kidde wireless smoke alarm system, fireplace facelift, hardwood floors, and all the touches in the kitchen tall, soft-close cabinets and drawers accented with crown molding and task lighting, stainless-steel appliances, new microwave, and granite countertops.I love my spacious floor plan with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, cozy living room, and French doors leading out to the 2nd-story deck. You could set up some lovely seating to get comfy indoors and out! I ll give you shade underneath the recently painted deck, too, if you want a hammock or bistro table just outside the walk-out basement. I m on a quiet street with great neighbors and townhome community feel with a playground, walking trails (check out the one by College Parkway!), and a great location convenient to so many activities. The highly rated schools are a bonus. While you re busy getting settled in, be sure to try some of the takeout from some great local restaurant options like Donnelly s Dockside, The Point, Dock Street Bar & Grill, and Carrol s Creek. Grab some sweet treats from gems like Annapolis Ice Cream, Smallcakes, or Sandy Pony Donuts. My neighborhood is between Severn & Magothy Rivers, and close to Whitehall Bay. Water activities are easily available, but this is Annapolis after all! Visit the US Naval Academy for historical tours or take a quick trip to DC for museum-hopping; swim at Arundel Olympic Swim Center; go rafting or kayaking at Quiet Waters; do Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake; Paddleboarding at Capital SUP; and dress up (or not!) for the annual Renaissance Festival in nearby Crownsville. Wait, are you still reading this??? It s time to come see me while you still can. Find out for yourself how much you ll love me and make MY Annapolis become YOUR Annapolis, too.
